This is an agreement between you, the user, and Mimosa Software Ltd. By using this Software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
This Software is protected by copyright law of Finland and the international copyright treaty provisions. You may make archival copies of the Software for the sole purposes of backing up the Software and protecting your investments from loss. You must treat this software just like a book, but with the following exception: if you have Mimosa Site License, it gives you the right to copy and use this Software in several computer locations, provided that they all belong to the institution, company or person that has ordered the application or has the legal right to use the application on the site that is displayed in the Help|About box. You are also allowed to use this software on your home computer. If you have Mimosa Single-User License, you can use the Software only in one computer.
Any other kind of use of this Software violates the copyright of Mimosa Software Ltd. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by law. You are not allowed to resell this software for your own profit or claim to hold rights to this software. Although you may have the right to use this Software, it will remain the exclusive property of Mimosa Software Ltd.
Mimosa Software Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or use of the Software, or special, incidental or consequential damages or other similar claims, even if Mimosa Software Ltd. has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Mimosa Software Oy accept liability for any damages to you or any other person, which exceed the list price of the software, regardless of any form of the claim.
